PLEASE NOTE:
- Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
- ShopTaby reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
- We are not responsible for courier related delays, but will ensure it reaches you the quickest possible!
- Exchange couriers need to be sent back by the customer at their own costs.
- If you’ve received a damaged item, please email us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original packaging.
CLOTHES:
Steps for Size Exchange:
- For size exchange please mail on shoptaby25@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Mail subject line should have ‘EXCHANGE – name – order number
- Please note: the policies for our tanks and tees differ. Kindly refer to the detailed information below.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.
- Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.
- We only send the exchanged package free of cost once, post that there would be an additional charge.
TANKS & TEES:
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the delicate nature and light colors of our tanks and tees, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items once delivered.
- We only accommodate exchanges in the case of a genuine defect in the product. To request a replacement for a defective item, please email shoptaby25@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 48 hours/ 7 days of receiving the product.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch, and the original wrapping (including the protective sleeve the piece came in), for us to evaluate the issue.
- If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in this case, we will have the product collected.
- If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:
- Customized products cannot be exchanged; however, we can alter them if necessary.
