How do I place an order?

The item I want is sold out. Is it coming back?
Even if a design appears sold out, we may still be
able to recreate or customise it. Since we work on a made-to-order basis, please reach out to us to check availability and option
What are your delivery timelines like?
Made-to-order pieces typically take time to be crafted. If you have a specific deadline or urgent requirement, please inform us in advance and we will guide you honestly on feasibility.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Note: We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed only for ready-to-ship items with sizing issues, and not for made-to-order garments due to their customized nature.
Is ShopTaby a made-to-order brand?
Yes. Most of our outfits are made-to-order, which means each piece is crafted specially for you after the order is placed. This allows us to offer custom sizing, detailing, and personalisation.
Can I customise any inspiration that I have saved ?
Yes. You can share your inspiration with us via
WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and our team will guide you on how it can be customised.
Do you offer alterations after delivery?
Minor alterations can be discussed on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll guide you on the next steps.
Will the outfit look exactly like the inspiration shared?
Yes, we recreate and replicate designs as closely as possible. Since each outfit is handcrafted and customised, minor differences in detailing or finish may occur. These do not affect the overall look or quality of the outfit
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, make address updates, style or size changes.
PAYMENTS & TAXES
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made through Bank transfer, Gpay or by Debit or Credit card.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We understand that fit preferences can vary. Size exchanges are available only for ready-to-ship items, provided the request is made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Made-to-order garments are not eligible for return or exchange due to their customised nature.

Why we don't offer Cash on Delivery
At ShopTaby, we pour our hearts into crafting each piece of women’s clothing, from conception to packaging to delivery. We believe in transparency and ensuring that every outfit reaches you with the care it deserves. To ensure the integrity of this journey and your satisfaction, we will not be offering Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
This helps us prevent unforeseen situations and ensures that every order is genuine and delivered with care. We appreciate your understanding and support in this commitment to quality and reliability.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an automated payment confirmation via SMS from Razorpay.
You will also receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Promotions or Spam folder.
Shipping updates will be shared via SMS on the registered phone number once your order is dispatched.
