Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

• All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
• For urgent deliveries within Delhi, we offer expedited shipping. Please contact us via WhatsApp or DM with your preferred delivery date. If your order includes ready-to-ship pieces or custom-made items, they will be delivered according to the delivery date provided by you.
• If no specific delivery date is mentioned, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
• The complete order amount, including delivery charges (if any), will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.
• Same Day Delivery: Is available exclusively for Delhi NCR ( Delhi, Noida and Gurugram only) orders and is charged at whatever the price porter / borzo show. Same day delievrry orders are only possible on ready to ship items not on made from scratch customised pieces.
• As we are sending the orders with an external service,  all shipping costs are non-refundable once delivered.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available 
• Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.
